All sales are final. CR8TE Holdings, LLC does not currently issue refunds. If you were double charged or have any questions, please contact us at team@cr8te.com. Please note that refunds are at the sole discretion of CR8TE Holdings, LLC.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All submissions are final. Once the payment has been completed, we cannot cancel the request. If you need to reschedule or have any questions, please contact us at team@cr8te.com. Please note that for any paid live or in-person event, any reschedule or event session alteration requests received from a customer will be reviewed and may be accepted or denied at CR8TE Holdings, LLC's sole discretion.
